Glory Ages – Samurais is a high-fantasy role playing video game based in the famous Samurais age, 1000 to1500AD. The game is available for free download. This review focuses on one of these free episodes, The Gathering. The story begins with a man called Senji who is on a quest from his homeland to find the legendary God of War [February-14-2023].
A mysterious force attacks his ship and Senji must use his special skills to fight it off. He must then find the legendary Master of Swords, summoned by the Gods to help his people. With the help of his friend Momokawa, Senji’s journey takes him across many regions of Japan. During his travels, he also meets the fierce warrior samurai, Sancha. Although he is wary of the warrior, he realizes he has to do battle with him once he reaches the castle of Momokawa.

Plot
Players control two characters in this game: Udaen and Momokawa. Each has a different style of fighting and uses weapons to fight opponents. These are randomly generated so that every game is different. Although there are no other characters to control, players can switch back and forth between them during a battle to see how one player will handle another.
The first episode of Glory Ages – Samurais involves a player controlling one of three gods, Ohara, Tsukuyomi, and Kokuo. The goal of the game is to defeat Ohara, obtain the artifact artekame, and kill Kokuo. The player can do this by having each god use a special attack, which is only available for a limited number of rounds. Once all three are down, Momokawa will be crowned the new Maagalotani of the land. This scenario is part of the game’s storyline.
